Water treatment performance (WTP) review
A review and current state analysis of an existing water treatment facility for debottlenecking and/or performance issues.
With Water Treatment Performance (WTP) review, our clients can identify and prioritize actions that improve efficiency, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance operational stability using AFRY’s expertise. The goal and scope of the review is to, based on AFRY’s specialist experience, define a set of actions and a list of priorities for these actions.
One week prior to the on-site visit, AFRY will review any relevant material the client can provide (performance data, completed investigation, etc).
Two of AFRY’s specialists will, during a full-day on-site visit, review the performance and perform a current state analysis of the water treatment facility. The scope of the review is limited to what can be covered in a single day. During the day on-site, interviews of operators, maintenance, and technicians will be performed, and the discussions will be held based on the previously provided material.
A document with prioritized action list will be set based on best use of client resources (money, time, personnel, etc.) that will have the best impact in improving the performance or alleviating operational stability issues.

Project delivery
Targeted delivery is within 4–6 weeks of placed order. Date for site visit to be agreed with AFRY upon order and final findings will be reported within seven (7) business days after the on-site visit.

Pricing
An example price for Sweden: 80,000 SEK / 7,272 €. With other counties, pricing is to be discussed. The price does not include travel costs. Travel costs depend on the client’s location.
All prices are stated excluding any applicable taxes.
