The review covers hazard identification and recommendations for safeguarding machinery at a general level based on the observations on site. This review is suitable for operators who need information on the level of machinery safety and compliance at their plant at a general level. Our certified experts (CMSE, CECE) are experienced in machinery safety and regulatory compliance. They apply knowledge on safeguarding of machinery, functional safety, risk assessment, and CE marking requirements.

Machinery safety review is conducted on-site. The report will contain pictures of machinery and observations, with specific guidance and safeguarding recommendations. The review includes a site visit and takes 1-3 days at the client’s premises.

Required initial data
The machinery safety review can be tailored for the Client, focusing on selected topics. The final review content and the necessary initial information will be reviewed with the Client before starting the audit preparation. AFRY can also provide detailed machinery safety audits.

Our delivery varies from 2 to 4 weeks. The safety review is held on-site at the client’s premises. A report with insights and recommendations is provided after the visit.

Pricing
The price range for the product is 3,900 € – 6,900 €, depending on the amount of machinery and the size of the facility.
The price does not include travel costs. Travel costs depend on the client’s location.
All prices are stated excluding any applicable taxes.
